Manage your Submix subscription status including analytics on usage over the last month, next invoice and time remaining on your plan. You can also see the included features in your current subscription plan as well change to an alternative plan.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

You’ll be billed accordingly to your plan and we’ll send you a confirmation email with your invoice. Your subscription will start upon completing the payment process.

Update your Payment info

You can update your payment info at any point, monthly subscriptions will be billed at the end of each month.

If you need an invoice for accounting purposes or need to update your billing address, please contact the Submix’ team at support@submix.io.

7 Day Free Trial

After the trial period ends, you will be automatically billed. You will pay for the balance of the first month (eg. if the month is 30 days long, you will pay 30 days - 7 day free trial = 23 days).

The monthly hours in the package stay the same, no matter how many you use in the free trial (eg. if you have a pro package with 100 hours, and you use 20 in the first 7 days, when you pay you will have 80 hours left).

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking 'Cancel subscription' from Subscription tab of your account page. If you cancel your subscription, your will not be able to continue using Submix’s services.

If you have an annual plan, you will be notified 30 days before your annual plan is set to renew.
